Orders

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are usually prepared within 24–72 business hours.

Delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected carrier.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel an order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been prepared or shipped.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, indicating your order number.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes. All purchases include their corresponding invoice, which you will receive by email.

If you need a CIF number or specific tax details to appear on the invoice, please inform us when requesting it.

Products and compatibility

How can I tell if a product is compatible with my setup?

In each product sheet, you will find detailed technical specifications: dimensions, material, compatible system, and references.

If you have any questions, you can contact us providing:

  • Product reference
  • Intended use
  • Required measurements

Our team will guide you before making your purchase.

Do the products include accessories or screws?

Each product sheet clearly specifies what the item includes.

Unless expressly stated, accessories are sold separately.

Can the profiles show slight marks or variations?

Aluminum is an industrial material. Slight aesthetic variations or surface marks resulting from the manufacturing process may exist, which do not affect its functionality.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product:

  • Has not been used or installed
  • Is in its original condition
  • Is returned properly packaged

Who bears the return costs?

For voluntary returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the product is defective or there has been an error in shipping, Alucomponentes will cover the costs.

What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

You must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the incident, we will arrange for the replacement or corresponding refund.

Shipping

Do you ship throughout Spain?

Yes, we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For other destinations, please consult us in advance.

What happens if I'm not there at the time of delivery?

The carrier will make a second attempt or leave instructions for pickup according to their delivery policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available on the store's secure gateway (card, bank transfer, etc.).

All payments are made via a secure encrypted connection.
