Scope of application
These conditions apply to all purchases made through alucomponents.com.
If the buyer acts as a consumer (B2C), consumer protection regulations will apply.
If the buyer acts as a company or professional (B2B), the specific rights recognized for consumers will not apply.
By confirming the order, the customer accepts these conditions.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
The total amount, including shipping costs, is displayed before checkout.
The customer will pay the price in force at the time of order confirmation.
In case of manifest price error, the order may be canceled.
Products
Descriptions and images are for guidance only.
Products are subject to availability.
The customer must verify measurements, references, colors, and compatibility before confirming the order.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Order and payment
The order is placed online and is formalized when payment is confirmed.
The customer will receive a confirmation email.
If payment is rejected, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and are in business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to customer error (absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must inspect the packaging and make a written note of any visible damage.
International shipments, duties, and customs charges: Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
By placing an international order, the customer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Claims
Any incident must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order, providing photographs or other evidence.
This period refers exclusively to incidents related to transport (blows, visible damage or deteriorated packaging). In these cases, the customer must make a written record on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery.
This section does not limit the consumer's right of withdrawal regulated in the corresponding point.
Warranty
Products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, incorrect installation, improper handling, or damage due to external causes.
It is essential to keep the invoice.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made by consumers (B2C)
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without the need to justify their decision.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted.
Purchases made by companies or professionals (B2B)
In purchases made by companies or professionals, there is no right of withdrawal, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Liability
alucomponents.com will not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or force majeure.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict with a consumer, the courts of their domicile will be competent, in accordance with current regulations.
In sales made by companies or professionals, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Huesca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
