Total transparency in shipping and returns. This is how your order works.

Shipping

Products will be sent to the address you provide when making the purchase. Deliveries will be made by external transportation companies.

Delivery times are approximate and are expressed in business days. They may vary depending on the destination or product availability. If you need a specific date, we recommend checking before placing your order.

It is your responsibility to provide the shipping details correctly. If there is any error (incomplete address, absence at delivery, non-collection at a pickup point, etc.) that prevents delivery, the re-shipping costs will be at your expense. In these cases, transportation costs will not be refunded.

Inspection upon delivery

You must inspect the package in the presence of the carrier.
If you detect visible damage, you must make a written and detailed note on the delivery receipt.
The mention "subject to review" will not be valid.
The incident must be reported by email within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt. After this period, claims for transport damage cannot be accepted.

Returned or rejected packages

If the order is returned due to a cause attributable to you (incorrect address, absence, unjustified refusal, etc.), we may:
- Resend the order to you with costs at your expense, or
- Refund the product amount, deducting the shipping and return costs incurred.

Right of withdrawal (B2C consumers only)

If you have the legal status of a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do this, you must communicate it in writing and return the product unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Returns of products will not be accepted if they are:
- Custom-made or personalized.
- Manipulated, installed, or used.

Return costs will be at your expense.

Business to Business Sales (B2B)

When the buyer acts as a company or professional, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers will not apply, unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Returns due to defect or warranty

All returns will require prior authorization.
You must provide us with photographs, video, and a clear description of the defect.
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
